| Mr. B. H. Kothari | Chairman & Managing Director |
Mr. B.H. Kothari is the Chairman and Managing Director of the H.C. Kothari Group of Companies, a respected conglomerate founded in 1919. He has more than 22 years of experience in administration and management in the Petrochemical, Sugar and Financial Services industries. Mr. Kothari has, in the past, held the positions of President of Hindustan Chamber of Commerce, Chennai, The South Indian Sugar Mills Association (SISMA) and Chairman, Consultative Committee of City Chambers of Commerce.
Currently Mr. Kothari is the Honorary Consul for Austria in Chennai. He is also a Member of the Committee of Indian Sugar Mills, The South Indian Sugar Mills Association (SISMA). Mr. Kothari is also actively involved in many charitable, educational and social service organizations vis., Shree Vallabhacharya Vidya Sabha, Institute of Financial Management & Research (IFMR), Shankar Netralayaya besides being a Trustee in various charitable institutions.

Mr. N. Chandramouli | Director |
| Mr. Chandramouli has over 45 years of experience at various levels in both Public Sector Undertakings (NLC/IPCL/CPCL) and the Private Sector (Parry and Kothari’s). He is widely experienced in implementing various chemical projects and has held various senior management positions. He has been on numerous committees appointed by the Government and has traveled extensively across the world on business. |

| A Post Graduate in Engineering and MBA, Mr. Rudra has more than 40 years experience in Engineering and General Management. He was Managing Director of Bengal Chemicals, of Essar Projects and Chairman and Managing Director of Lubrizol India Ltd., and Engineers India Ltd. After retiring from full time service, he was Chairman of Consultancy Development Centre, Govt. of India and Chairman of Tribune Projects. He is currently the Resident Director - India of Wood Group Engineering of UK. |

| Mr.V.R.Deenadayalu was the Chief Executive of BHEL, Trichy for 8 years and was the Chairman & Managing Director of Madras Refineries Limited. | Mr. M. Rajavel | Head of Global Sales & Marketing, Logistics |
| Mr. M. Rajavel leads global sales, Marketing & Logistics for Kothari Petrochemicals. He has worked in sugar & chemical industries in the fields of manufacturing, materials & sales and marketing in different capacities – in the same group and at reputed organisations like Chemfab alkalies, etc. Due to his acquaintance with a variety of functions in the industry, he adds depth and expertise to the total supply chain of the company. He has been associated with the HCK group for more than a decade. A graduate in science from the University of Madras, India, Rajavel, has extensive global marketing & logistics experience. Internally, he also lends his experience by extensively involving himself in product development and global market strategy development. Starting his career as a lab chemist in sugar manufacturing in 1987, he has donned various roles, including Head of Materials in the same group. |

| Mr. M. Anandha Jothi, Head of Manufacturing |
Mr. Anandha Jothi manages operations for Kothari Petrochemicals, and is in charge of the Manali plant complex where products are manufactured, packaged and shipped. He brings over twenty years of manufacturing, petrochemicals, lubricating oil and speciality chemical experience to the company, with specific experience in ethylene glycol, phthalic and maleic anhydride manufacturing.
As part of Kothari Petrochemicals’ effort to implement dramatic improvements in operational processes, Anandha is leading the efforts to implement Kaizen and Six Sigma® to optimize product quality and harness the power of collaborative innovation. He has implemented integrated internships and training within operations to attract and train the next generation of world-class chemical engineers for the company.
Anandha is a certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9000 and 14000 standards, and is a qualified Chemical Engineer. He obtained B.Tech Chemical Engineering (Coimbatote Institute of Technology) Degree form Bharathiar University in the year 1986.

| Mr. S. Sivadasan | Head of Technical Services / R&D |
Sivadasan brings 19 years of experience in various petrochemical, chemical and gas fields. As the head of Kothari Petrochemicals Technical Services and Research & Development department, Sivadasan sets the vision for continuous improvements in products, operations and technology. Sivadasan oversees efforts to improve quality, plan production and inventory management, and also conducts technical audits and monitors plant performance. Ensuring that the company maintains rigorous standards for health, safety and environment is another important function of the Technical Services group and Sivadasan sets direction for policy enforcement across the company.
Prior to his 15 year career with Kothari Petrochemicals, Sivadasan worked with a Benzene & Xylene-based Petrochemical complex, where he managed technical projects.
Sivadasan is a Chemical Engineering graduate from Annamalai University, Tamilnadu, India.
