What is Reach
REACH is a new European Community Regulation on chemicals and their safe use (EC 1907/2006). It deals with the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemical substances. The new law entered into force on 1 June 2007.  
What Kothari Petrochemicals Ltd is doing to be compliant?

Kothari Petrochemicals Ltd is making all efforts to be fully compliant with REACH legislation in Europe so that its customers can continue to use KVIS without any concern.  
 
The process for pre-registering, appointment of “Only Representative” and subsequent stages in the REACH compliance are in active progress to be completed before the respective deadlines.
